For example if you take up photography, the visual aspect can surely fire up your imagination. Similarly, a technical project, like learning how to code, can help you gain knowledge and expertise. No matter what you do, always look for ways to learn more from such experiences and add adjacent skills to your main work portfolio.

Side projects, if chosen and performed well, can supplement your income handsomely. It is always good to have a bit extra which can feed into your writing. It provides you with some extra bandwidth to maneuver and helps creatives keep up the experimentation on projects. A well-paying side project may end up funding your dream project someday.
